Tradovate auto-sync

How to journal your MyFundedFutures account with MAV

MyFundedFutures gives you a Tradovate login. That login is what MAV connects to. This guide covers how those trades get into MAV, the platforms MyFundedFutures runs on, a summary of its published rules and what MAV tracks for the account.

How your MyFundedFutures trades get into MAV

Auto-sync

Auto-sync with your Tradovate login

Connect the Tradovate login MyFundedFutures issued, once, with one-click OAuth. The connection is read-only: every fill files itself into your journal and the account’s balance is read from Tradovate on its own. Trades you place from NinjaTrader or TradingView on that login come through the same connection. For days before you connected, import Tradovate’s Performance export as a CSV — it uses the same trade ids as the sync, so nothing is counted twice.

Platforms MyFundedFutures runs on

  • TradovateAuto-sync on a Tradovate login, or CSV
  • NinjaTraderAuto-sync on a Tradovate login, or CSV
  • VolumetricaUniversal CSV template
  • TradingViewAuto-sync on a Tradovate login
  • QuantowerPurpose-built CSV import
  • ATASPurpose-built CSV import

“Universal CSV template” means MAV has no dedicated reader for that platform: if it exports your trade history, the export is mapped into MAV’s CSV template.

Questions

›Does MAV sync my MyFundedFutures account automatically?

Yes, through the Tradovate login MyFundedFutures issues. Connect it once with one-click OAuth and fills file themselves into your journal, read-only; the account’s balance is read from Tradovate on its own. Auto-sync is part of MAV’s paid plans.

›Can I import older MyFundedFutures trades from a file?

Yes. Export Tradovate’s Performance report as a CSV and drop it into MAV’s importer. It uses the same trade ids as the live sync, so a backfill never double-counts a trade the sync already brought in.

›Does MAV know MyFundedFutures’ rules?

MAV’s public rulebook describes 32 MyFundedFutures plans across 8 programs, each with its source and the date it was checked (most recently October 6, 2026). Add your account to The Stack and pick your plan: the rules prefill, and you can edit any rule that differs from your own terms. Firms change rules often, so your agreement with the firm is always the authority.

›Can MAV place trades or change anything on my MyFundedFutures account?

No. A Tradovate connection is a one-way read of your fills and a CSV is a file you upload, so MAV never places, cancels or modifies an order, holds no funds, and cannot lock you out of your platform or your firm’s account.

›Is MAV affiliated with MyFundedFutures?

No. MAV by Market Mavericks is an independent journaling and analytics tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with MyFundedFutures; the firm’s name is used only to identify whose accounts this guide is about.
