Tradovate
Futures broker
Connect in one click — fills sync automatically within minutes as clean round-trip trades, P&L net of fees, auto-labeled by prop firm and account size.
Start your free trialYour trades journal themselves — read-only, net of fees. There are three ways in: Tradovate syncs on its own; NinjaTrader, Rithmic, Apex, TopstepX, Quantower, ATAS, MetaTrader 5 and cTrader have purpose-built readers you drop a file into; and every other platform imports through the universal CSV template. Nothing here is unsupported — every badge below says exactly which of the three you get.
1 platform
Link the account once with secure OAuth. Fills arrive on their own, net of fees, labeled by account.
9 platforms
A purpose-built reader for that platform’s file. No mapping, no cleanup — MAV knows the columns already.
Everything else
Paste your columns into one spreadsheet and import. It is why no platform on this page is unsupported — 34 of them come in this way today.
The universal template is twelve plain columns — symbol, direction, date, entry, exit, P&L, and a few optional ones for tags and account labels. Paste your export into it once and every trade lands in your journal with the right futures multipliers, feeding your analytics, calendar and AI Coach exactly like a synced trade would.
It is an honest extra step, not a hidden one: platforms with a dedicated reader need no mapping at all, and every card below tells you which of the two you get.
| symbol | direction | date | entry_price | exit_price | pnl |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| AAPL | long | 2026-05-19 | 195.40 | 198.20 | 280 |
| ES | short | 2026-05-18 | 5240 | 5195 | 225 |
| MNQ | long | 2026-05-17 | 18240 | 18196 | -88 |
Plus optional timeframe, strategy_tag, emotion_rating, notes, account_label and account_size.

Drop in either export — the Trade Performance trades grid, or the Executions grid, which MAV pairs into round-trips per account and dedupes on NinjaTrader's own execution ids. Net of commission, with the right multipliers. MAV is a NinjaTrader Ecosystem vendor.

R|Trader / R|Trader Pro
Drop your R|Trader order export in — multi-day, multi-account imports with net-fee P&L, live today.
Prop firm
Apex accounts run on Rithmic and Tradovate rails — export from R|Trader and it imports through MAV’s live Rithmic reader (multi-account, net of fees), and Tradovate-routed accounts can auto-sync.
Prop trading platform
Export the Trades tab and drop the CSV in — one row per round-trip, with the Fees column subtracted so your P&L is net of round-turn costs, and UTC timestamps converted to your local clock. Built to the platform’s published export format and covered by unit tests — we’re still confirming it against real exports, so tell us if anything looks off.
Gateway behind TopstepX
ProjectX is now the gateway behind TopstepX only — the other prop firms that once ran on it have moved to Tradovate and Rithmic, both of which MAV already supports. Its trade export shares TopstepX's shape and is read by the same importer. Built to the platform’s published export format and covered by unit tests — we’re still confirming it against real exports, so tell us if anything looks off.
Multi-asset platform
Export the Trades panel and drop it in — MAV pairs your fills into round-trips per account, applies fees, and reads Quantower's own P&L when the column is there. Built to the platform’s published export format and covered by unit tests — we’re still confirming it against real exports, so tell us if anything looks off.
Order-flow platform
Export your trading statistics, save the Journal sheet as CSV and drop it in — one row per round-trip, with ATAS's own P&L imported exactly as exported. Built to the platform’s published export format and covered by unit tests — we’re still confirming it against real exports, so tell us if anything looks off.

Forex & CFD platform
Right-click your History tab, export to CSV and drop it in — MAV reads both the positions and the deals view, pairs deals into round-trips, and nets commission, fees and swap. Deposits and payouts are skipped, not counted as trades. Built to the platform’s published export format and covered by unit tests — we’re still confirming it against real exports, so tell us if anything looks off.
Forex & CFD platform
Export your closed-position history and drop it in — one row per position, P&L straight from cTrader's Net column so swap and commission are already accounted for. Built to the platform’s published export format and covered by unit tests — we’re still confirming it against real exports, so tell us if anything looks off.
Stocks, options & futures broker
A dedicated IBKR reader is next in the queue — its activity statement is one file holding many sections across several asset classes and currencies, so it gets built against a real statement rather than guessed at. Until then, export a Flex report of your trades and map it into the template. No dedicated reader yet — export your history, paste the columns into MAV’s universal template once, and it imports like any other file.

Stocks, options & futures broker
A TradeStation reader is queued — futures accounts first, stocks and options behind them. Its historical-activity export varies enough between account types that it gets built against a real file rather than guessed at. Send us one and it moves up the queue. No dedicated reader yet — export your history, paste the columns into MAV’s universal template once, and it imports like any other file.

Futures broker
An Ironbeam reader is queued. Ironbeam accounts also route through platforms MAV already reads — if you trade the account through R|Trader, use the Rithmic path and it imports today. No dedicated reader yet — export your history, paste the columns into MAV’s universal template once, and it imports like any other file.

Forex platform
MetaTrader 4 has no CSV export at all — its account history saves as an HTML statement, so there is nothing for a reader to parse. If your broker also offers MetaTrader 5, that export imports today with a dedicated reader. Otherwise, open the statement and copy your closed trades into the universal template.
Order-flow platform
A Volumetrica reader is queued — we have not been able to pin its export format down from public documentation, so it needs a real sample before it can be written. Send one and it moves to the front. No dedicated reader yet — export your history, paste the columns into MAV’s universal template once, and it imports like any other file.
Trading platform
Export your Trade Activity Log, then map its columns into the universal template — its Date/Time column isn’t one MAV recognises by name yet, so the export doesn’t drop straight in. No dedicated reader yet — export your history, paste the columns into MAV’s universal template once, and it imports like any other file.
Futures broker
AMP fills flow through Rithmic or CQG — if your account routes through R|Trader, export from there and it imports today with a dedicated reader. Otherwise the universal template covers it.
Trading platform
Export your fills from CQG Desktop and map them into the universal template. No dedicated reader yet — export your history, paste the columns into MAV’s universal template once, and it imports like any other file.

Futures broker
Optimus routes through Rithmic and CQG — Rithmic-routed accounts export from R|Trader and import today with a dedicated reader. Anything else goes through the universal template.
Futures broker
EdgeClear accounts trade through Rithmic-based platforms — export from R|Trader and it imports today with a dedicated reader. Otherwise the universal template covers it.

thinkorswim
Export your account statement from Schwab or thinkorswim, then map the trades section into the universal template — the statement arrives as several stacked sections, so pull the trade rows out first. No dedicated reader yet — export your history, paste the columns into MAV’s universal template once, and it imports like any other file.

MAV reads your fills to build your journal. It can never place, modify, or close orders, and it never touches your funds.
Fills pair into clean round-trip trades with the right futures multipliers — feeding your analytics, P&L calendar, and AI Coach.
Your platform already imports through the universal template. If you’d rather drop the raw export straight in, tell us what you trade on and send a sample file — that is what moves a platform to the front of the queue.
