How the rate works — the whole rule

No fine print you find out about later. This is the entire ladder.

Your standard rate

Of the full plan price, on every paid invoice your code drives, for 12 months per subscriber. Paid out monthly, no minimum.

20%

If referrals dry up

Fewer than 10 active referred users for 2 straight months and your rate steps down to 20%. That's the only consequence — nothing is cancelled, nothing is clawed back.

Climbing back

Bring in 5 new users and you're back at 50% — no re-application, no waiting period.

Your code keeps working while you're quiet. We never deactivate a code for underperforming — a dead code in a video you already posted would break your audience's trust, and ours. The rate is the only thing that moves.

Post, share, refer — and MAV stays free for you. Go quiet and the seat pauses first, the badge last. Your code keeps working the whole way. Nothing counts until 45 days after approval.

Free MAV ends; your account drops to the free tier. Your code and link stay live and still pay. One referral turns the seat back on.

120 quiet days
120 quiet days, and at least 60 days paused, after two emails.
The affiliate badge comes off and the code retires. Commission on people you already referred keeps paying to the end of its term. You can re-apply.

Quiet means

No visits on your link and no referrals. Either one resets the clock.

A visit lifts a warning. One referral turns a paused seat back on the same day.

You’re independent

You’re an independent promoter — not a MAV employee, agent, or representative. You can’t make commitments on MAV’s behalf.

Say you’re an affiliate

US advertising rules (FTC) require disclosing a paid relationship — a simple #ad / "I’m a MAV affiliate" on content carrying your code covers it.

Promote it honestly

No profit promises, no "guaranteed funding," no presenting MAV as financial advice — it’s a journaling, analytics and education tool. Say what it does; don’t promise what markets will do.

How the money works

50% of the full plan price on paid invoices, for 12 months per subscriber. Refunded invoices claw back their commission. Paid out monthly.

Your free seat

MAV is free while you're active. 60 quiet days pause it, 120 close the account — the ladder above, word for word. Your code, your rate and what you already earned are never touched by it.

Brand use

Use the MAV name, logo and the banner templates below for promoting MAV — not for your own products, and not in ways that imply MAV endorses your trading.

Leaving

Quit anytime, no notice needed — earned commission through your last day still pays out. We can also part ways with you, and if we do, the same rule protects what you already earned.
