Screens show demo data — illustrative figures, not typical results and not anyone's actual account. MAV is a journaling, practice and analytics tool: it is not a prop firm, cannot pass or fund an account, and nothing here is financial advice.
Works with
The Stack: what you check before you take the trade.
Journals are built around one live account. You're running an eval at one firm, a funded account at another and a reset that hasn't started — three rule books, nowhere that shows them together.
The Stack is that place: every attempt on one board, trades filed underneath it.
Today's Game Plan, at the top of the board
Before the session, the board reads your own rules and balances and sorts the fleet: which accounts are clear, which are near the payout goal you entered, and which have less room left than one of your average losing trades. It states what the tightest account can absorb today — a fuel gauge, not advice.
Every attempt, every stage
Eval, funded, passed or blown — tagged with its firm, its size and what the attempt cost you. Six accounts across three firms, one screen.
Trades filed by account
Every fill hangs off the account that made it, so an eval day and a funded day never blur into one number.
The career number
Lifetime P&L across every account you have run, less the eval and reset fees you record — not just your best account. Payouts you log sit beside it, never inside it.
Being built onto this board
Automatic balance and payout sync from your firm is on the roadmap, not live. Today you keep those two figures current yourself.

MAV Mobile — iOS
The journal, your analytics and the AI Coach native on your phone, so a trade gets logged when you close it rather than four hours later from memory.
Roadmap, not a commitment. Scope, tier and availability can change, nothing here has a date, and none of it is included in what you buy today unless it ships into your plan. Everything above is a journaling, practice or analytics tool — never a signal, an order router, or financial advice.

The three comparison columns describe categories of tool, not any specific product, and are our own assessment. A tick means MAV has it built, not that it is on every plan: Pro includes the Backtesting Hub with limits (2 saved sessions, 50 trades a session, a 7-day session-history window, plus the MES and MBT micros), the statistics board and the Mav Score are on every plan including free, and Prop Firm Sessions, saved strategies and session analytics are Premium. MAV syncs automatically from Tradovate today — every other broker comes in by CSV — account balances and fees are entered by hand, there is no mobile app yet, and MAV is futures-first.

The free plan takes no card: a journal capped at 20 trades, the P&L calendar and the Analytics page — 31 statistics and the Mav Score. Pro ($18.99/mo) removes the cap and adds The Stack, broker import and Tradovate sync, the daily discipline loop and the Backtesting Hub with limits — 2 saved sessions, 50 trades a session, a 7-day session-history window, plus the MES and MBT micros. Premium ($29.99/mo) lifts those ceilings and adds the full charting workspace, the psychology suite and Prop Firm Sessions.

Frequently asked
A card at the top of The Stack that reads the rules and balances you entered and sorts your accounts before the session: which are clear, which are near the payout goal you typed, and which have less room left today than one of your own average losing trades. It states what the tightest account can absorb — arithmetic on your own numbers, not a recommendation to risk it. MAV never tells you whether to trade, what size to take, or whether you will pass or be paid.
Yes. Tag any trade with the setup you took and what went wrong, in your own words, with autocomplete from tags you have already used. The journal totals what those trades NETTED — not what the mistake "cost", because nobody can know what those trades would have returned played differently. Different spellings fold together, so "Moved my stop" and "moved my stop" stay one row. Analytics adds whether a tag is showing up less often over time, and the AI Coach can see your tags when you ask it about them. Counts reflect how often you TAGGED something, which is not the same as how often it happened.
There is a weekly review on the journal that reads the week you just finished: what you traded, which of the rules you set held, your best and hardest day, and what your tags say. The grade measures rule-following only, never profit — a losing week where you kept every rule scores full marks. A rule that did not apply on a given day counts neither for nor against you. It is a report on your own logged trades, not coaching and not advice.
Every row on the public rulebook was read from the firm’s own help centre, rules page or terms, and each plan links to the page it came from with the date it was checked. MAV ranks nothing and recommends no firm — it states what the rules say, in the same words for every firm, so you can compare them. MAV is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with any firm listed. Prop firm terms change often and firms may apply different terms to accounts opened before a change, so confirm anything decision-critical with the firm directly.
Yep. Rule presets for Apex, Lucid, TopStep, MyFundedFutures, Tradeify, Earn2Trade and Bulenox are built into Prop Firm Sessions (the Eval Simulator) and the free odds calculator, and you can enter your own if your firm is not listed. For trades: CSV import handles Tradovate, NinjaTrader, Rithmic, TopstepX, Apex and Sierra Chart exports, plus a universal template for any other broker that exports trade data — we auto-detect the format and pair entries / exits into round-trip trades with P&L. Tradovate also connects with one-click OAuth auto-sync, no CSV needed. Firm terms change often, so treat the built-in rule presets as close approximations you can edit — your firm’s agreement is always the authority.
The Stack is MAV’s account board — one screen for every prop attempt you have running instead of six browser tabs. Each account carries its firm, its stage (eval, funded, live, passed, blown or archived), its account size, what the attempt cost you, and the trades you logged against it, because journal entries are filed under the account they came from — so an eval day and a funded day never blur into one number. An account can also carry a rule set — from the firm presets or your own numbers, close approximations you should verify against your agreement — and a balance you keep current, and from those the board shows cushion to target and to breach, sorts itself by which account is closest to danger, and links a reset back to the attempts before it. Underneath the board sits the career number: lifetime P&L across every account you have ever run, less the evaluation and reset fees you record. On a funded account you can also record a payout you received, and MAV keeps that account’s payout history and totals beside its attempt costs. What it cannot do yet — sync a balance from your firm or pull payouts in automatically. Those are being built, so every balance and every payout figure is one you enter yourself.
